Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability, accurate traveller information, successful payment, and provider confirmation. Customers should check pickup details carefully before completing payment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD during V1. Payment is collected online for the full booking amount. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
Changes and cancellation
Online self-service modification and cancellation are available only when the pickup time is more than 24 hours away. Different operational rules may apply for urgent or special-case requests.
